Because both lenses record the full sphere in a single pass, no shot is fixed until the edit. Reframe a wedding toast as an intimate close pan. Turn a hallway walkthrough into a floating reveal. Fly a rooftop terrace into the living room below, in one unbroken take. It's a way of shooting that doesn't ask you to choose the angle before you've seen the result — for a couple, a chef, a listing, or a brand.
Every session — over open water or inside a home, restaurant, or venue — flies within Australia's recreational and commercial drone regulations, so indoor and outdoor coverage are simply both part of the plan.

Flight Compliance
Nothing about the flight is improvised.
Every flight is flown under CASA's rules for aircraft under 2kg — visual line of sight is kept at all times, altitude stays below 120m, and a safe distance is always held from anyone not involved in the shoot. These aren't limits worked around; they're the frame the whole shoot is planned inside.
Some locations call for more. Flights near crowds or over populated venues require a Remote Pilot Licence and additional authorisation — and where a project needs it, that clearance is already part of the plan, not an afterthought.
A small number of locations can't be flown, and some shoots call for a signed acknowledgement or extra authorisation before takeoff — from a landowner, a venue, or the relevant authority. Where that applies, it's sorted in the planning stage, well before the day itself.
Depending on the nature of the shoot, a model release or content usage agreement may be required from clients or featured individuals prior to filming. This clarifies how footage may be used — including whether it may appear in BAY 360's portfolio or promotional materials — and ensures both parties are aligned before the shoot begins.
Aerial shoots depend on safe flying conditions. In the event of poor weather (high winds, rain, or low visibility), your session may be rescheduled or postponed at no extra cost to ensure the best possible result.

How far in advance should I book?+
A week or two is usually plenty, but weddings and events are best locked in as early as possible, especially over summer.
What happens if the weather's bad on the day?+
Aerial shoots depend on safe flying conditions. Poor weather means a reschedule, not a cancellation — at no extra cost.
Can you fly indoors?+
Yes — the dual 360° camera setup is built for it, within Australia's drone regulations. See Flight Compliance above for the details.
How long until I get my footage?+
Delivery is within 7 business days of the shoot.
Do you offer photos as well as video?+
Yes — the Premium package includes extracted photo stills alongside video.

This is home ground now.
I recently moved to Jervis Bay, and it didn't take long to fall for this coastline — the sand at Hyams Beach, the swell off Green Patch, the light that turns the water three different colors before lunch. Flying a drone here isn't a gimmick; it's the most honest way I know to show people what this place actually looks like from above. Falling for it is what got me capturing it from the air in the first place.
I'm a CASA-certified remote pilot, fully insured, and Jervis Bay based — which means I know the wind patterns, the no-fly zones, and the exact time of day the light does something worth capturing. Every job, big or small, gets the same care: plan it properly, fly it safely, cut it until it's right.
